Dataphone is a medium sized telecommunication organisation based east of London. The company wanted to create a long term sophisticated marketing programme aiming to expand its core business.

Diagnostic: Convergent Solutions assisted in formulating a business plan and mission statement. We were able to effectively facilitate the creation of a Vision Statement and develop Strategy for the next 3 years.

From this certain action points were agreed upon. The company invited Convergent Solutions to assist in the implementation of these actions.

Re-launch of Company to both internal and external customers. Together with Dataphone we produced an exciting company presentation using the latest Internet display techniques. This presentation was designed to create the momentum needed to implement the changes the company wanted to bring in.

Technology: Our background in leading edge technologies meant that we were able to assist the Dataphone in setting up e-mail communication structures and developing a web - site.

Telesales: We developed a personality profile, calling techniques and training plans for the teams.

Training: We have developed and delivered a Solutions Selling course to meet the requirements of the Dataphone sales team. This was well received by the team who commented that they found it challenging, practical, and informative.

Dataphone working in association with Convergent Solutions has over the last year developed a set of core business objectives. From this the company made substantial gains in restructuring and adapting itself to take advantage of the changing markets it faces.
