Since being founded in 1994, iDESK - a dynamic e-Services organisation - has expanded rapidly in line with the explosive growth within the European Internet market.
iDESK is an e-service company who supports end users of the Internet. They offer their services to large and small Internet Service providers (ISPs) like Cable and Wireless, LineOne, and Virgin to name but a few. They service these companies end user customers.
iDESK did not have the marketing department needed to produce a range of brochures including a corporate brochure that could define the business sectors addressed by iDESK. The were unable then to highlight the Vision and strengths of the company. They needed to deliver all the above within an 8-week period.
Convergent Solutions recommended that they undertake a 2-day marketing workshop to clearly define their Marketing Messages and to understand the current market. From this they received a clearer view of the future markets that would need to be addressed.
From this workshop iDESK have developed a Marketing Strategy and Plan
for the next 12 months and identified market segments and key messages.
Convergent Solutions then delivered a corporate brochure and the first
of a series of Product brochures. The brochures give a consistent look
